On Saturday, December 7th, Santa Claus will be coming to Poultney!

This annual event starts with a special Santa Story Time at the Poultney Public Library at 6pm. Rebecca and Racheal will tell stories and sing songs celebrating the man in the red suit.

Santa will arrive in front of the library atop a Poultney Fire Dept. truck at 6:30pm. Children will march down Main St. to the Poultney Town Office where volunteers will hand out free cookies and cocoa. Children will also have a chance to meet Santa Claus himself.

At approximately 7pm Santa will officially light the Memory Lights on the town tree.

Santa visits Poultney on the first Saturday in December; you’d better be good.
