What is a Virtual 5K?

It’s just like a normal 5K, but you get to do it on YOUR terms, run or walk when you want, any time between now and July 4, 2020. And, you can do it where you want. You can even do it on a treadmill. We usually host a traditional outdoor race, but this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re using this race style to encourage everyone to keep exercising, while staying safe.
