A recipient may receive the award one time, but anyone can be nominated more than once.  A list of past recipients is available on the Poultney Area Chamber website here, by calling 802-287-2010, or by emailing PoultneyVtChamber@gmail.com. Nominations are easy:  just send the name of the person or organization, along with a description of why you are nominating that person, including examples of the nominee’s continuing service to the community.  You do not need to be a Poultney resident to submit a nomination. Also please do make sure you include your own name, address, and phone number, in case the Chamber committee needs more information.  Nominations can be sent by email to PoultneyVtChamber@gmail.com, or by mail to PACC Citizen of the Year, PO Box 151, Poultney, VT  05764.   They may also be dropped off at the Chamber office at the Stonebridge.
